Childhood Immunizations
Immunization Clinic Hours:
Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. till noon and 1:00 p.m. till 4:00 p.m. excluding holidays.
Appointments for immunizations are required but we do accept walk-ins if scheduling permits.

Childhood vaccines (VFC) are provided by the state and purchased in part with federal funding. 
Children with health insurance coverage are encouraged to obtain needed vaccinations from their private health care provider.
A physician's order is NOT required for immunizations through the Health Department.
Parental or guardian permission is needed for all children under the age of 18 to receive immunizations.
To ensure your child receives the proper immunizations, it is important that you bring your child's most
recent immunization record.
