Testing

 Clinic Hours:

Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. until noon and 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. excluding holidays.

Confidential testing is available by appointment for the following STD’s only; chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and HIV.  Please call 636-583-7300 for an appointment.

Blood and urine specimens are obtained for testing. No physical examinations or assessments are performed.  If other testing is requested or indicated, referrals will be made as appropriate. The fee for STD testing is $20.00.

Testing is limited to clients who are symptomatic or who have been identified as a contact to one of the above listed STD’s. Treatment will be provided for clients with positive test results. Clients with health insurance coverage are encouraged to seek testing from their private health care provider.
